Biography - Brady Barnett
Brady Barnett has been an independent producer and engineer in Los Angeles and Nashville since 1996. He is currently owner of the music production company Of Sound Mind Productions, located south of Nashville, TN. His impressive list of clients includes multi-platinum selling and Grammy-award winning artists such as ‘N Sync, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, Brandy, Ozzy Osbourne, Shaquille O’Neal, Bob Seger, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, George Jones, George Strait, Reba, Lonestar, Trace Adkins, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker, and Josh Turner, to name a few.
In addition to his production and engineering work, Brady co-authored the book Multi-Platinum Pro Tools (published worldwide by Focal Press) and is co-owner of Multi-Platinum, LLC, which specializes in producing high-end instructional videos featuring award-winning multi-platinum engineers and producers. These videos have been sold in countries all over the world to rave reviews.
Brady is a member of The Audio Engineering Society (AES), the American Federation of Musicians and is a voting member of the Grammy panel (NARAS.) Among his numerous accomplishments, Brady was the recipient of the 2007 MTSU Distinguished Young Alumni Award for his achievements in the music industry and a
recent inductee into The MTSU Recording Industry Wall of Fame.

Biography - Jon Caig
Jon Craig is an engineer, editor, and tech consultant who has worked for some of the finest musicians in the world, including Carrie Underwood, Mark Bright, Darius Rucker, Eric Darken, Bob Babbit, Nick D'Virgillio, Ed Greene, and The Jordanaires, among others.
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University's Recording Industry Dept., he has been an engineer and editor with Of Sound Mind Productions since 2005.
He once built a computer in a shoebox on a dare. |

Biography - Bil VornDick
Bil VornDick is an Engineer/Producer and a past Chairman of the Nashville Audio Engineering Society. While Chairman, he designed the first “Media Label” used for documenting Master recordings. He is also a member of the NARAS Producers and Engineers Wing Archival Committee that wrote the “The Delivery Recommendations for Master Recordings”.
Bil has worked with a diverse roster of artists, including Alison Krauss & Union Station, Bela Fleck, Jerry Douglas, Rhonda Vincent, Ralph Stanley, Mark O’Connor, and Bob Dylan, to name a few. His talents have yielded numerous Grammy and I.B.M.A. awards. |

Biography - Bob Bullock
Born in Oakland, California, Bob Bullock made his way up the ranks as a studio engineer, training under such greats as Humberto Gatica, Reggie Dozier, Barney Perkins, Roy Haley and Roger Nichols. He quickly became a top engineer himself and worked with a variety of acts, including The Tubes, Art Garfunkel, Seals and Crofts, Chic Corea and REO Speedwagon. In 1981, while working at Lionshare Recording Studio for Kenny Rogers he was approached by legendary producer Jimmy Bowen to engineer for Warner Bros. Records in Nashville. Bullock commuted from L.A. to Nashville until 1984, when he and his family made a permanent move.
Bullock's engineering credits during this time include over fifty gold and platinum albums, including Shania Twain, Reba McEntire, George Strait, Tanya Tucker, Patty Loveless, Billy Dean, John Anderson, Hank Williams Jr., Jimmy Buffet and Suzy Boggus.
In addition to his continued work on new artists and past clients, Bob has recently completed mixing and editing the opening theme for Nickelodeon's "Kid's Choice Awards 2009" and radio promos for the iconic KRTH-101 in Los Angeles.

Biography - John Merchant
John earned a degree in Music Engineering from the University of Miami in 1989. While still in school, he began working as an intern
at Middle Ear Studios on South Beach, owned by Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb of the Bee Gees, where he advanced from assistant to Chief Engineer. In 2004, he opened his own studio in Miami, RedDoor, to produce both new and established acts.
Over the course of his career, John has had the opportunity to work with an amazing collection of musicians, songwriters, producers & engineers. His credits include Barbra Streisand, Michael Jackson, R. Kelly, Toni Braxton, Celine Dion and Lenny Kravitz, as well as producers Arif Mardin, David Foster, Russ Titelman, Raphael Saadiq, Phil Ramone, and many others.
In 2008, John was nominated for a Grammy as producer for the artist Mika.
Having recently completed his masters degree in Recording Arts & Technology at MTSU in Tennessee, he continues to record and produce while teaching his craft to a new generation of up and coming engineers.

Biography - Carlos Alvarez
Carlos Alvarez’ engineering and production career has taken him around the world working with a wide variety of talent. Artists as diverse as Marc Anthony, Mika, Julio Iglesias, Paloma Faith, Carrie Underwood, and Juan Luis Guerra among others. He’s garnerd 3 Grammys for his work with Alejandro Sanz’ “El Tren de los Momentos” (Best Latin Pop Album 2007), Jose Feliciano’s “Senor Bachata” (Best Tropical Album 2008), and most recently for mixing Luis Enrique’ “Ciclos” (Best Tropical Album 2009). He’s also the recipient of 7 Latin Grammys including in 08 for his mixing work with Marc Anthony on the “El Cantante” soundtrack. In 2007 he concluded a two year term as Florida Chapter President for The Recording Academy and also served on its board of governors since 2002. He lives and operates his studio in South Florida.
